The crop is picked by hand, de-stemmed, pressed, and run to small stainless steel tanks to ferment and age. This Pinot blanc ages 3-4 times longer than most commercial and results in complex yet delicate wine. Bright yellow gold and pungent with scents of lemon, grapefruit and green pineapple.
