This medium-bodied Chinese oolong is elegantly blended with the sweet essence of orange, and is wonderful either hot or iced. Oolong tea has been the subject of several studies in recent years due to its purported ability to aid in weight loss by increasing one’s metabolism. Some also suspect it helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Whether or not the studies prove these to be true, we love this tea for its pure enjoyment.

Steeping Instructions: Pour 6 oz. heated water (185-195˚F) over 1 teaspoon tea leaves and steep 3-5 minutes. Remove leaves and enjoy. Re-steep as desired.
