Sometimes called "Alishan", the Ali-Shan) this beautiful tea is grown at high elevations on the misty slopes of Taiwan's famous Mt. Ali. The flavor notes of fruit and candy combine with a deliciously full floral burst for a delicate, yet full-flavored oolong tea. Beautiful and intensely flavorful, this is a tea to be slowly savored.

Steeping Instructions: Pour 6 oz. heated water (185-195˚F) over 1 teaspoon tea and steep 2-3 minutes. Remove tea and enjoy. This can be re-steeped several times.
