We make all products in small batches and will do our best to fulfill all orders promptly. We process all orders typically within 1-2 business days and will send you confirmation by email. Should the item you request be out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
For several reasons, we prefer to ship via Priority Mail from the US Post Office. We also offer shipping via Federal Express and UPS, but please contact us for further information. Barring unforeseen circumstances, all orders received by 3:00 pm Mountain, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next day. We will notify you if this is not the case. Please note that there may be differences in the availability of deliveries on Saturdays and holidays – this is outside of our control. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We can ship to only one shipping address per order. Upon shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.
We do offer free domestic shipping on all orders $100 or more.
Tea Zaanti is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays, such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc., which may delay the estimated delivery date of your order.

We want you to love the items you purchase from us, so we strive to ensure your order is received in perfect condition, but damage does sometimes occur – and let’s admit it, we’re human and sometimes make mistakes. Any refund will be given in the same manner as the original payment. Please note, after 10 days from the shipping date, all sales are final.
- Damaged Goods Contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can begin to work on the solution. For credits or replacements to be authorized, you must keep all packing materials. This is required by the shipping company.
- Returns – Non-Consumable Items Contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can begin the return process for you. Items that have been used, washed, damaged or in anyway altered from their original state are not accepted for return. The product must be sent back to the original manufacturer’s product box. Customers are responsible for the return postage and the condition in which the item is in once it gets back to us, so please pack items carefully. Use whatever shipping method you like. Credits will be issued in the form payment was originally made within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item.
- Returns – Consumable Items We are unable to accept any returns on consumable products – including Tea, Herbals, Rooibos, Samples or any other item that can be consumed.
- Mistakes We pride ourselves on personal attention to each and every one of our customers, but we are imperfect, so we apologize ahead of time for any mistakes we may make along the way. Our goal is 100% satisfaction; please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.
- For returns on any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
