Also known as Concubine Oolong, this tea's sweet fruit and honey flavor is the result of leafhoppers chewing on the leaves. Similar to Oriental Beauty, but grown in central Taiwan and in the Dong Ding style (rolled ball shape).
Steeping Instructions: Pour 6 oz. heated water (185-195˚F) over 1 teaspoon tea leaves and steep 3-5 minutes. Remove leaves and enjoy. Re-steep as desired.
